Recently, the UK government has indicated that GP consortia will be responsible for spending the NHS’s £80bn budget. GP practices will join consortia to purchase goods and services and these consortia will need to be skilled in procurement techniques especially given the sensitive nature of much of their requirement.
JMCL Consulting is addressing this need by providing a number of services for GP consortia around procurement and broader commissioning techniques.
In partnership with our NHS procurement expert, Jonathan Christian and Dr. Peter Fink Medical Director we have established GP Procurement Services Ltd. to provide procurement and commissioning services to GP Consortia.
